Customer Accounts Advisor
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
Pay: we have salary range $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, plus incentive pay. So we can have Pay section.
Schedule: we have "Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm." Also "Sunday off plus one day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
Benefits: we have bullet list under "What We Offer". So Benefits section.
Skills: we have "Skills For Success" list. So Skills section.
Responsibilities: we have "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" list. So Responsibilities section.
Requirements: we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements section? The instruction: use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They separate Requirements and Qualifications. Possibly Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? Or we could treat Required Qualifications as Requirements, Preferred Qualifications as Qualifications. We'll follow that.
About the role: we have introductory paragraph about company and role description. Could be About the role section.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not include Job ID etc.
We must remove EEO boilerplate etc.
We must preserve all substantive information.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:

Check duplication: Schedule appears also in Requirements (we repeated schedule). Might be okay but could be considered duplication. However schedule is also a requirement; we could keep schedule only in Schedule section and not repeat in Requirements. But the requirement list includes "Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm." That's a requirement. We could keep it there, but then schedule section would be redundant. Better to keep schedule section only with schedule info, and remove that line from Requirements. However the requirement list also includes lifting etc. We'll keep schedule section with schedule info, and remove the schedule line from Requirements. Thus Requirements list: - Must be at least 21 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada. - Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record. - Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only). - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate. Now schedule section: "Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sunday off plus one day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." Check duplication: we also have Sunday off line in Benefits (duplicate). Benefits list includes "Sunday off plus one day off during the week." That's duplicate with schedule. We should keep only one. Since schedule section is about work schedule, we can keep schedule info there and remove duplicate from Benefits. However Benefits list includes many items; we could keep the Sunday off line in Benefits as it's a benefit (time off). But schedule section already mentions Sunday off. To avoid duplication, we could keep schedule section with schedule details, and keep Benefits without that line. Let's adjust Benefits list: remove "Sunday off plus one day off during the week." from Benefits. Now Benefits list: - On Demand Pay through Dayforce Wallet – request pay you’ve earned in between paydays. - Excellent Career Advancement Opportunities - Paid time off, including vacation, sick and holidays. - Medical, dental and vision insurance. - Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Accounts (United States Only) - 401(k) Plan with contribution matching (United States Only) - Employee Assistance Program - Free access to mental health resources, life coaching and more for you and your covered family members. - Employee Purchase Program Now schedule section: "Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sunday off plus one day off during the week. All locations are open six (6) days per week." Now check for any other duplicated lines: "Paid time off, including vacation, sick and holidays." appears only in Benefits. Good. Check for any boilerplate: removed EEO etc. Check for any mention of "Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting..." That's substantive? It's about pay range clarification. Should we include? It's about pay. Could be included in Pay section as a note. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that note. Also the sentence about "We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future..." etc. Also "An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors..." etc. Also "No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable." etc. Also "The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law." Also "Benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status." That's substantive about benefits. We should include these details. We need to incorporate them appropriately. Pay section: we can include the salary range and incentive pay, plus the note about pay range being good faith, may vary, etc. Also note about factors determining pay position, etc. Also note about bonus etc. Also note about benefits vary based on FT/PT. We could add aafter the salary range containing those sentences. Similarly Benefits section: we could add a note that benefits vary based on full-time and part-time employment status. Let's extract the relevant paragraphs from the original: After salary range bullet: "Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including
