Pay

The salary range for this role is $12.25 to $13.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Note that the pay range provided above is the lowest to highest rate we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission or any other form of compensation that is allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company’s sole discretion unless and until paid, and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist the Customer Accounts Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Maintain accurate customer account records in the store system, including payment appointments and account history
• Build strong customer relationships to support ownership goals and drive sales
• Manage collections and renewals by counseling customers and contacting those with expired or unrenewed agreements by phone or home visits, as required
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management
• Maintain accurate daily route sheets and weekly maintenance sheets
• Loading, appropriately securing product and safely operating the company vehicle
• Clean and certify returned merchandise

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age for positions within the United States and at least 18 years of age in Canada
• Requires a valid driver’s license and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to be DOT certified, if required in location of position (United States Only)
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail/customer service experience
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Maintain a professional appearance
