Customer Accounts Advisor

About the role

Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease agreement benefits and ensuring customers are 100% satisfied with the product. They build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to help them move closer to owning their products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through phone and in-person interactions
• Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals
• Document all customer payment appointments
• Directly contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements
• Sell customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Aid the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets
• Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicles
• Safely operate company vehicle
• Assist the Sales Team as needed

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including a satisfactory MVR
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High energy with the ability to multitask effectively
• Proper telephone etiquette
• Uphold the Aaron’s Brand and protect company assets
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Proficient computer skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is $14.00 to $14.50 per hour/annually. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Schedule

The work schedule varies from 8 am to 9 pm.
