Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers by phone, email, or in person in a professional and courteous manner.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned customer accounts and respond to general inquiries.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding company services, processes, and account-related questions.
• Route customer requests or concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Aid in resolving basic account issues and ensure proper follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.

Minimum requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email systems.
