Customer Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Collections, customer service, customer retention
• Aid with lending/credit origination
• Ensure branch compliance
• Demonstrate high level of customer service
• Work with consumer finance software

Requirements

• Good communication, computer & customer service skills
• Collections background necessary
• Able to work full-time (40 hours), 100% onsite
• Able to pass a background check
