About the role

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a custom framing studio. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production of custom frames and conservation services
• Manage a team of framers and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing orders
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art History, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the custom framing industry
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
