About the role

Join our team as a Custom Framer at Hobby Lobby. This role involves creating custom frames for various art pieces and decorative items.

Responsibilities

• Create custom frames using high-quality materials to enhance the appearance of artwork and decor.
• Work closely with artists and designers to understand their vision and execute it through frame design.
• Ensure all frames meet safety standards and are durable for long-term use.
• Handle basic framing tools and equipment, including clamps, sanders, and saws.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety, quality control, and customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of framing techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Physical stamina to handle light lifting and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications
