About the role

Join us as a Custom Framer at Hobby Lobby! This role involves creating custom frames for various art pieces and decorative items.

Responsibilities

• Create custom frames using high-quality materials.
• Work closely with artists and designers to understand their vision and requirements.
• Ensure all work adheres to company standards and quality control guidelines.
• Handle basic framing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of framing techniques and materials.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of related experience in framing or similar field preferred.
• Experience with basic framing tools and materials.
