Responsibilities
- Manage daily inventory checks and restocking
- Assist customers with product information and recommendations
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Participate in team meetings to discuss sales trends and customer feedback
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
