About the role

Responsible for managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained, and assisting customers with product inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
• Assist customers with product information and sales inquiries
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds
