About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design and development of custom frames for various products. Works closely with product teams to understand requirements and ensure designs meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom frames for products
• Collaborate with product teams to gather requirements and feedback
• Ensure designs adhere to quality standards and specifications
• Work with manufacturing partners to ensure production processes are efficient and effective
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new technologies into designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frame design and manufacturing
• Strong understanding of materials and their properties
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and standards

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
