About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design and development of custom frames for various products. Works closely with product managers and designers to ensure all frames meet quality standards and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and development process for custom frames
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure compliance with quality standards and aesthetics
• Work with suppliers to source materials and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure all frames meet safety regulations and industry standards
• Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality
• Resolve issues and provide feedback on frame designs to improve future iterations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in frame manufacturing or design
• Strong understanding of materials science and their properties
• Experience with CAD software and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge of ISO and ASTM standards
• Experience with quality assurance and testing

$80,000 - $100,000 annually
