Custom Frameless Technician
Job Summary
The Frameless Technician is responsible for completing final box work inspection on jobs to assure orders meet all quality specifications are complete, tracks down missing parts, performs repairs and documents work as required.
Job Duties
- Reviews job paperwork/detailed drawings and checks against job sheets to assure all parts are there prior to delivery.
- Tracks down missing parts as needed interacting with other departments for clarification.
- Orders parts to be reworked.
- Putties, sands and tapes when repairs are necessary then moves on to the next process.
- Sands with orbital sander as required.
- Documents all work and maintains files of work.
- Expedites Quest OCS pieces as needed.
- Enters and moves remakes into computer system.
- Assures quality of product per specifications.
- Tapes off enamel ends as needed.
- Fills in other areas as needed.

Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of wood species and ability to differentiate between them. Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.

- Proficiency with tools such as sanders, putties, and tapes

Pay
Salary Grade D $20.20 - $24.40
Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00Am - 3:15PM ; Friday & Saturday OT as needed
