Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound callers regarding fit and any options for existing orders
• Create / Update cases in Salesforce tool
• Understand 3D modeling practices and products / options
• Auxiliary with custom receiver placement, venting alterations, wax guard, etc.
• Have a thorough understanding of entire product portfolio and available options based on products as well as business channels
