Responsibilities
- Affixes crop production inputs, both liquid and dry materials, to fields and growing crops according to recommended rates and procedures, communicating crop and field conditions.
- Assists in field scouting as needed and directed by Location Manager and/or Crops Specialist.
- Assists with material handling, blending, storage, transport, and application equipment for accurate and efficient blending and delivery of products.
- Repairs and rebuilds equipment as needed.
- Maintains all equipment for safe and efficient operation.
- Follows all safety practices and procedures.
- Ensures fellow employees follow all safety practices and procedures.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 or more years related work experience.
- Valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT, TANKER, and Air Brakes endorsements.
- Valid commercial pesticide operator’s license.
Qualifications
- Ability to work extended hours and on-call as business conditions warrant.
- Occasionally exposed or required to: extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.), noisy conditions, working conditions may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures, lift 51 - 70 lbs., varying heights.
Skills
- Operate a lift truck, shop equipment, skid loader.
- Basic/moderate computer operations.
- Adapt to new procedures and technologies in application equipment.

SALARY RANGE: $17.00-$22.00/hourly
