The Custom Applicator - Southern FS position plays a crucial role in delivering agricultural and energy-related products to customers. This role requires a strong commitment to sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Do a professional job; keep equipment and facilities in a high state of repair.
• Agronomy Custom Application: Perform Custom Applications of Chemicals and Liquid Fertilizer, Dry Fertilizer, and/or Custom Application of Anhydrous Ammonia.
• Delivery of Energy Products: Deliver LP gas, Liquid Fuel Products, and bulk or packaged oil products.
• Service Work: Assist with service work such as LP tank sets, liquid fuel tank sets, regulator change outs, liquid fuel pump maintenance, etc.
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance: Maintain equipment and facilities, keep them in good working order, and ensure the facility, shop, and work areas are clean and safe.
• Other Duties: Assist in crops, energy, structures, and grain operations as needed; greet customers upon arrival and assist answering telephones; assist in inventory and delivery of products; promote sales in all areas; assist all salesmen; report to work at prescribed times; maintain a neat appearance and be safety conscious; cooperate with supervisors and peers; and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• One to three months related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Class A-CDL with appropriate endorsements (ATX)
• Maintain an IDOA or Missouri pesticide license as dictated by supervisor or Operations Manager

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
