Custom Applicator & Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Run and monitor application equipment (including John Deere sprayers/spreaders)
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and daily pre/post-operation checks
• Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety and stewardship practices
• Work closely with teammates and serve customers with a can-do, professional attitude

What You'll Bring

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working outdoors
• Valid driver's license (CDL training/endorsements provided)
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical work
• Strong work ethic, self-starter mindset, and teamwork/customer service skills

Schedule

Based out of Logan, you'll operate and support modern application equipment and keep operations running safely and smoothly during the season.

Pay

$40,000 - $55,000 per year
