Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot application equipment (sprayers, spreaders, etc.)
- Mix, load, and apply pesticides and fertilizers at prescribed rates to designated fields
- Handle, transport, and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals safely
- Maintain accurate and timely application and service records
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the cooperative in the field
- Cook up and deliver application schedules through central dispatch
- Utilize knowledge of seed, chemical, and fertilizer products to support customer needs
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Mechanical aptitude with ability to operate and maintain equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons
