Custodian - Temporary

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wax floors
• Dust furniture and wash windows
• Vacuum carpets and empty waste receptacles
• Change light bulbs and maintain restroom supplies
• Move furniture and make beds for events
• Disinfect body fluids and shovel snow
• Maintain custodial supplies and report needed repairs
• Clean pool areas and conduct safety inspections
• Supervise student helpers when needed
• Maintain safety standards through training and protocol adherence
• Assist with special projects

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 3 months of professional custodial experience
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and operation of power floor scrubbers
