Custodian Tech
Description
The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents
- Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & closing out work orders upon completion with minimal call backs
- Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers
- Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Vehicle maintenance as required
Qualifications
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Demonstrate customer service skills & service oriented mindset
- Comeptent use of iPad & iPhone
- Able to plan and prioritize workload and able to work independently
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more

Pay
The salary range for this position is $22-25 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
