Custodian/Sweeper Operator

Location: Montgomery, MN 56069 (approximately 35 miles southwest of the Twin Cities metro).

Responsibilities

• Sanitation of floors, restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and assigned warehouse/production areas
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling bins
• Operate vacuum, automatic floor‑scrubber, and hand equipment
• Maintain up‑to‑date sanitation records
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, paper products, etc.
• Perform general housekeeping duties
• Observe all company safety rules and regulations
• Continuous cleaning around machines and conveyors
• Scrub framework and non‑food surfaces
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Self‑starter with strong prioritizing and time‑management skills
• Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
• Good communication skills
• Previous clerical and janitorial experience preferred

Pay

Starting wage range based on skills, abilities and experience from $20.50 to $23.50 per hour.
