About the role
Perform custodial work required for the routine care, maintenance, protection, and preservation of the assigned building, its contents, and grounds.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in technology necessary for normal job duties (e-mail, website access, etc.)
- Ability to make clear and comprehensive reports
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to use a hand cart between floor levels
- Ability to lift and carry 80 pounds
- Ability to climb 35-foot ladders or scaffolding
- Professional personal appearance and good personal hygiene
- Good health, high moral character, and good attendance record
- Must obtain and maintain Bloodborne Pathogens, asbestos, and chemical use training
- Must complete Hepatitis B vaccination series (3) or sign a waiver
- Must meet legal requirements for criminal background check

Pay
Hourly rate: $19.36–$22.58
Schedule
Full-time, 260 days per year; shift hours: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm

Reports to the Director of Operations
