Custodian Part Time

About the role

CORG Management Group is seeking a Weekend Part-Timer for the Charlotte Airport area. We are looking for an independent self-starter who can work alone and work with a team. Successful team member will be punctual, have great attention to detail, be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision, take pride in their work, be open to learning, and someone that can maintain and organize and can ensure and maintain an adequate amount of supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
• Clean and service restrooms and break rooms with mops and disinfectants
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Notify the management office of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Helps employees on-site when needed

Requirements

• Must have a Completely Clean Criminal Background
• Proven working experience (1-3 years)
• Ability to communicate with management team
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must have own transportation
• Must have a valid NC Driver's License
