Job Details Description SET PAY RATE: $18.24 Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am-11am Under the supervision of the Project Manager and on-site Supervisor, the Custodian performs general cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure that assigned facilities remain clean, safe, and well-maintained. Secondary supervision is provided by the Contracts Administrator. What You Will Do Clean offices, common areas, restrooms, and public spaces Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfacesEmpty trash and replenish restroom suppliesClean windows, glass, mirrors, walls, elevators, and other building surfacesSpot clean carpets and perform floor care as neededAssist with furniture setup and breakdown for special eventsRemove snow and ice from walkways (when required)Safely use cleaning equipment and suppliesReport maintenance concerns or safety hazardsFollow all safety policies and contract requirements Why You’ll Love Working Here: Medical plan starting at $13.80/mo.
