Custodian/ Machine Operator M-F 6:00am-2:30pm (flexible on shift hour)

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor/Maintenance of minor repairs
• Facility security

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Nightly/Weekly/Monthly cleaning schedule accurately and efficiently
• Clean and supply designated building areas: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom sanitization, etc.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for major repairs; perform minor repairs (fixing doors, minor leaks, replace lightbulbs, etc.)
• Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances and checking the campus for litter
• Assist in emergency cleanup when needed
• Secure facilities after operating hours by locking doors, setting the alarm, turning off all light switches and lamps in all rooms/offices/cubicles upon exit
• Use and maintain assigned equipment: vacuums, brooms, mops, etc. for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, and furniture
• Follow all safety instructions including the use of chemicals and supplies (Use as Directed)
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies, use of ladders on incidental basis
