Custodian /Janitor

About the role

Uline’s Hudson branch at 3325 Heiser St., Hudson, WI 54016 seeks a Custodian/Janitor to maintain world‑class facilities in a bright, spotless, and organized warehouse. Uline is a family‑owned company, North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials with over 10,000 employees across 15 locations. The position supports Uline’s mission of providing quality products and service through meticulous cleaning and organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and dusting of racks.
• Handle interior and exterior building maintenance.
• Process trash removal and box scraps using a compactor.
• Operate floor scrubber and other cleaning equipment.
• Assist with special projects and perform general labor as needed to support operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to frequently move packages weighing up to 50‑70 lbs.
• Must pass a pre‑employment hair follicle drug screening (Uline is a drug‑free workplace).

Qualifications

• Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Skills

• Detail‑oriented cleaning techniques.
• Operation of floor scrubbers and compactors.
• Basic general labor and project assistance.

Pay

$23 to $25 per hour.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 1st shift.
