What You’ll Do
- General grounds clean up
- Light snow and ice removal from property
- Cleaning floors, restrooms, and windows in designated areas
- Assisting in the on-site laundry facilities
- Collecting and emptying trash
- Cleaning of the company fleet vehicles

Qualifications Required
- Responsible person with the ability to follow directions, pay attention to detail, and work independently
- Must be 21 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Able to read, write, and communicate basic information in English
Additional Requirements
- Pass required Criminal Record History Clearance, FBI and Child Abuse History Clearance
- Possess a valid PA driver's license and maintain a good driving record throughout employment
- Pass a pre-employment Physical & Drug Screening (THC included)
- Ability to attend and successfully complete all required trainings
Schedule
Full-Time
2nd Shift – 3pm-11pm
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
