Custodian II - Full-Time/Year-Round for Eagle Point High School

About the role

Eagle Point School District 9 is seeking a dedicated Custodian II to maintain a clean, attractive, and safe learning environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Nightly cleaning of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing floors
• Trash disposal and ensuring building security
• Assisting with furniture setup for events
• Performing minor repairs
• Complying with safety regulations regarding cleaning supplies and waste disposal

Requirements

• Experience in custodial services
• Proper understanding of cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Proficiency in operating cleaning equipment
• Strong organizational skills
• A solid work ethic
• The ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Valid Oregon Driver's License and personal transportation
• Ability to pass a background check

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a custodial position preferred
• Knowledge of safety regulations and cleaning procedures

Pay

$18.54 - $26.35 per hour, depending upon previous, full-time experience in a similar position
