Compensation: Hourly rate ranging from $15.81 to $19.37, with eligibility for a performance bonus based on team performance and goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a clean and healthy environment to enhance the learning experience.
• Achieve a proficient rating on the Facilities Rubric and Facilities Audit.
• Execute assigned work orders, completing 90% of campus projects within 48 hours.
• Complete daily cleaning responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Work with the Facilities Manager on capital expenditures (CapEx) planning.
• Operate safely, complete SafeSchools training, and use personal protective equipment (PPE) 100% of the time.
• Manage custodial supplies and equipment efficiently to meet campus cost and kWh usage allocations.
• Maintain an accurate inventory log and order supplies within campus guidelines.
• Properly use and maintain heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions for cleaning, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of minor repair techniques and building/grounds maintenance.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and lift heavy equipment.
• Ability to properly handle cleaning supplies.

• Team player attitude with willingness to work longer hours as needed.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and use good judgment.
