Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Maintains and cares for the outdoor areas of the Center
- Operates machinery such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, tractors, etc.
- Inspects and reports on the mechanical condition of vehicles
- Assists in the relocation of center equipment and furniture
- Performs minor building construction tasks
- Performs interior and exterior center janitorial, building maintenance and grounds keeping assignments
- Attends required staff training sessions as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum: High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and write English. Six months experience, to include transportation and/or building maintenance.
- Preferred: One year or more work-related experience
- Must possess a valid State driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/FA certification
- Ability to operate power tools

- 85% of time spent working and interacting with team and other departments
- Ability to read at a high school level
- Ability to write at a high school level
Pay
21.68-21.69 Hourly Wage
