The Lancaster County Career and Technology Center is seeking a Full-Time 2nd Shift Custodian at the Brownstown Campus. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment for all assigned areas, effective immediately.

Responsibilities

• Clean kitchen/culinary areas, classroom/lab areas, restrooms, and floors
• Perform trash removal using a checklist to follow
• Work outside the building performing basic care of flowerbeds and sidewalks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Custodian and/or supervisor

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate and receive instruction
• Ability to operate a vehicle as well as all types of standard industrial cleaning equipment
• Consistent attendance
• Must lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have flexible schedule
• Clearances as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education including PA Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse, and FBI

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Pay

• Starting at $17.00 hourly, based on experience
