About the role

Day-to-day responsibilities include routine cleaning of all assigned areas such as restrooms, sweeping, mopping, glass cleaning, trash removal, and dusting, as well as periodic special projects such as carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning. This role involves preparing and resetting rooms for daily use, operating equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and sprayers, and assisting with event setup and furniture moving as requested. Additional duties, tasks, and responsibilities may be assigned as needed, including work that falls outside the core scope of this role when other units in the company may need assistance.

Requirements

Physical demands required of this job include regular standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers to handle and lift objects up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Employees will frequently reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl, and must be able to work regular 8-hour shifts. This role also requires the ability to communicate effectively with team members both verbally and in writing, and must learn and use our Facilities Link management software daily.
