Custodian

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, windows, and offices
• Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility
• Perform monthly high dusting and dust surfaces as needed
• Restock paper products, soap, and deodorizers in restrooms
• Vacuum all carpeted areas and ensure all surfaces are sanitized
• Notify maintenance of any repair needs
• Provide friendly assistance to the public when needed
• Complete all assigned cleaning tasks with quality and care

What You Bring to the Team

• Education: High School diploma or GED required
• Experience: Custodial/Janitorial experience preferred, but well train the right candidate!
• Licenses: Valid drivers license required
• Background: Must pass background check and drivers license record check
• Clearance: Must be eligible to secure and maintain an NACI clearance (for federal positions)
• Skills: Ability to work independently and with a team, Reliable, responsible, and ready to learn, Strong attention to detail, Ability to handle cleaning in a busy or public environment, Bilingual skills a plus!
