Summary of Work

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Cleaning floor surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures
  • Emptying wastebaskets and properly recycling
  • Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces
  • Maintaining adequate supply levels in storage areas and restrooms
  • Dusting windows, shelves, files, and other office areas
  • Washing windows, walls, and woodwork

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to check email, complete online trainings, and submit electronic timecards.

Working with the Office of Management and Budget
The North Dakota Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is responsible for providing innovative leadership and support to state government. OMB strives to improve state government through centralized services, automated processes, unified policies, and team member and manager development.

Compensation & Location

  • Work Style: Onsite at the Capitol Complex in Bismarck.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 5:00 pm – 1:00 am.
  • Hiring Range: $2,575/month. After successful completion of a six-month probationary period, you may be eligible for up to a 5% increase.
