About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Triad1828 Centre. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe and nurturing environment.
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to the care of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others.

Skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Knowledge of disability-related laws and regulations.

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some evening and weekend availability.
