Sweeping and Cleaning

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, bathrooms, common areas and office space.
• Empties light trash and light garbage containers.
• Cleans bathrooms.
• Wipes down counters, tables, and chairs in breakrooms.
• Cleans microwave, coffee machine.
• Runs and empties dishwasher.
• Replenishes supplies in breakroom (paper towels, soap, coffee grounds and condiments, etc.).
• Sanitizes frequently touched surfaces: door handles, water fountains, elevator buttons, staircase railings, etc.

Other Duties

• Notifies management concerning need for repairs or changes to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
