Custodian

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, and workspaces
• Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces, including high-touch areas
• Clean glass, mirrors, and interior windows as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of break areas or kitchen spaces
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper
• Report any maintenance or safety issues

Floor Care

• Sweep and mop hard floors
• Vacuum carpets and rugs
• Spot clean spills and stains as needed

Sanitation & Safety

• Follow proper cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Use cleaning products safely and as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Able to work independently and stay on task
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 20–30 lbs
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain base access
