About the Role
The Custodian must be able to work independently in an office or light industrial setting and handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting a minimum of 50 pounds. Overtime may be required.
Responsibilities
- Dusting, vacuuming carpets, mats, and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Office trash collection
- Thorough cleaning of all bathrooms and locker rooms
- Keeping the exterior of the building clean, including shoveling/snow removal and leaf cleanup
- Wiping glass in common areas
- Performing all assigned duties
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid PA Class C driver’s license is preferred
- Custodial or janitorial experience is preferred
