Schedule Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily second shift but flexibility required for operational needs 4:00pm - 12:30amOn-call availability required for emergencies Pay Rate: $20 Primary Responsibilities Guide, support, and coach custodial staff while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliancePerform and oversee daily custodial and cleaning dutiesCoordinate product delivery and equipment drop-offLead specialty and project-based cleaning initiativesConduct routine custodial inspections and quality control checksInterview, train, coach, schedule, and lead custodial team membersManage inventory, supplies, and basic budget trackingFloor care services, including stripping, waxing, and refinishingComplete administrative tasks and required documentationMaintain professional relationships with site contacts Qualifications Strong attendance record and dependabilitySchedule flexibility is required, including the ability to cover different shifts based on operational needs.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to coach and motivate teamsReliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insuranceMotor Vehicle Record (MVR) check requiredAbility to pass a drug screen (including THC) and federal background checkNo past or pending criminal chargesMust be 18 years or older with valid identificationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to communicate professionally in writing and verbally1–2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in custodial or facilities services2+ years of custodial experienceProficiency with basic office technology (computer and tablet use)Floor care experience preferred Benefits of joining our team!
