Custodial Supervisor (Second Shift)

We are seeking a Custodial Manager to lead daily custodial operations across a campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users. Responsibilities Include Managing custodial services, staffing, budgets, and quality standards across various facilities.Recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating custodial teams to promote a positive work environment.Building strong relationships with campus stakeholders, supporting events, and addressing service requests.Enforcing safety policies, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Overseeing inventory, controlling expenses, and utilizing reporting tools for operational efficiency.Driving continuous improvement through best practices, technology, and data analysis. Qualifications Include 3-5+ years in custodial, facilities, or environmental services management.Experience leading teams in complex, multi-building environments.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.Valid driver’s license where required.
