Custodial Shift Leader II

About the role

The Custodial Shift Leader is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
• Interact appropriately with customers and team members.
• Work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• May travel to and from various locations and buildings throughout the year and in various weather conditions.
• Most work will take place indoors. May work with cleaning chemicals.
• Follow the Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements.
• Schedules are subject to change. May require working early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, and/or evening hours as well as weekends and holidays.
• Lift up to 40 pounds. Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial or related services.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a lead or supervisory role.
• Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
• Physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
• Valid driver’s license in the state they reside, with a satisfactory driving record and insurable under corporate policy.
• Possess the ability to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
