Custodial Services Worker - NHA-MI1-Custodial

About the role

As a Custodial Services worker at Aramark, you’ll maintain cleanliness and safety across our operations and locations, ensuring a positive experience for customers. This role serves as a foundation for career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA, state/local, federal, and Aramark safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment to project safety and health for others
• Accurately maintain and clean housekeeping equipment
• Clean assigned areas to Aramark and client standards and requirements
• Follow procedures for storage and disposal of trash; transport it to designated areas
• Report maintenance concerns via work order requests to appropriate personnel
• Secure the facility, ensuring the building is locked/unlocked as required
• Ensure security of company assets

Requirements

• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Maintain a friendly, efficient, and positive guest service demeanor toward guests, clients, and co-workers
• Adaptable to guests’ needs

Physical Demands

• Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing
• May require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
