Custodial Manager (2nd Shift)
Job/Position Summary
To provide oversight and leadership to the district custodial department, ensuring effective operations, positive employee relations, effective evaluation and professional growth of department staff, and attainment of department and overall district goals.

Qualifications
- Custodial/school custodial experience is required
- At least 2 years of leadership and/or management experience strongly preferred
- Two-year college or technical degree from an accredited institution strongly preferred
- Certificates/Licenses: Valid drivers license is required. Reliable transportation necessary to travel between buildings as necessary
Terms of Employment
- Shift Type: Full-time
- Must work a flexible schedule and maintain availability during department staff working hours
- Hours Per Day/Wk: 8 hours daily/40 hours per week, 260 day calendar
- Salary: $45,344-$76,876 annually, based on experience
- FLSA Status: Exempt
