This role is within the KBR/NSS Intel division of KBR Government Solutions. We provide advanced full‑life‑cycle professional and technical solutions, ensuring operational readiness and innovation for critical missions of the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, NASA, and other key federal entities.

Who You Are

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Custodial Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and well‑maintained to contribute to a positive atmosphere.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards.
• Thoroughly clean residential homes and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and emptying trash bins.
• Conduct floor‑care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
• Perform carpet cleaning and laundering of linens as needed.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing specific cleaning requests or concerns.
• Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment, and safely dispose of chemical liquids and other hazardous components.
• Assist in organizing cleaning schedules and managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
• Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting repair or maintenance needs to management.
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
• Support industrial cleaning efforts by following safety protocols and using appropriate cleaning equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI w/ Poly level clearance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 + year of experience in custodial work or equivalent positions.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with staff and guests.
• Ability to operate cleaning machines such as buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, etc.

This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located OCONUS, 100% onsite.
