About the role
Local manufacturing company is looking for a Part-Time Custodian/Building Maintenance Person with flexible shifts Monday–Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform custodial duties including cleaning and sanitizing work areas
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Conduct routine building maintenance tasks
- Respond to minor maintenance requests and perform basic repairs
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- Physical strength and stamina
- Solid organization skills
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Basic plumbing and maintenance skills
