CUST REL LIAISON - DRIVING POV

About the role

This role plays a critical role in delivering personalized, long-term care for patients served by Accendra Health. It involves maintaining relationships with current accounts and ensuring patients have the necessary equipment for home healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a single point of contact for specific accounts.
• Responds to customer needs, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and necessary equipment.
• Obtains all required documentation for orders, service scheduling, and billing/payment.
• Contacts patients to confirm orders and communicate financial obligations.
• Affirms patient's needs and promotes company products/services at office visits.
• Proactively resolves issues by anticipating and identifying problems, then coordinating solutions.
• Troubleshoots issues with medical groups and relevant on-site departments.
• Aids medical groups and provider groups in understanding available products and services.
• Participates in quality assurance/performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensures timely follow-ups on initial/renewal authorizations and outstanding CMNs, Renewal CMNs, and prescriptions.
• Trains patients on the use of equipment/services as needed.
• Responds to emergency calls and related needs during regular business hours and on an On-Call basis.
• Coordinates patient services with physicians and medical groups.
• Performs timely follow-up on discharges with Customer Care Center and/or Branch Customer Service Team.
• Operates a Personally Owned Vehicle (POV) in accordance with essential job functions.
• Sets-up and delivers home healthcare products and services.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Compliance with all POV requirements.
• Completion of ongoing training and development to become and remain qualified to perform essential job functions.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.
