Responsibilities

The Curriculum Director is responsible for driving curriculum excellence, coaching teachers, and ensuring consistent classroom quality. This role ensures the Balanced Learning® curriculum is implemented effectively while supporting teacher growth and school readiness outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong educational background and experience
• Experience coaching teachers and promoting curriculum excellence
• Ability to ensure consistent classroom quality and school readiness outcomes
• Knowledge of and commitment to the Balanced Learning® curriculum

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Proven track record of success in educational leadership roles
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
