We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About Stepful: description of company, mission, etc. This could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role? Usually "About the role" includes overview of role. The posting includes "The Role" paragraph: "We are looking for a motivated Curriculum Developer - Generalist to build the learning experience for hundreds of students across all of Stepful's healthcare programs. As this is a generalist role, you will be developing content for various healthcare programs such as Pharmacy Technician, Nursing, and Medical Preceptor Training. As a Curriculum Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving meaningful learning experiences for our students." That could go under "About the role". Also there is "Our Values" but that's company values; maybe not needed as a section unless we have heading for "About the company"? Not in list. We could include under "About the role" maybe not. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to these. Responsibilities: bullet list under "What You'll Do". That's responsibilities. Requirements: maybe "Qualifications" heading includes qualifications. But they also have separate "Qualifications" heading in list. Actually they have "Qualifications" section with bullet list. Also they have "Bonus Points If The Candidate Has". That could be under "Skills" or "Qualifications"? Might treat as "Skills". We'll need to decide. Pay: they have Salary: $25-$30 per hour. Schedule: Availability to work EST hours. Benefits: Not mentioned explicitly. Could be none, so we should not include Benefits section. Requirements: maybe we can treat "Qualifications" as Requirements? But they have both "Qualifications" and "Skills". The list includes "Qualifications" bullet list: Bachelors..., 3+ years..., Passion for using AI..., Must be able to commit..., Stellar writing..., Familiarity..., Excellent organizational..., Receptive to feedback. Then "Bonus Points If The Candidate Has": Instructional design skills, Strong understanding..., Analytical..., Strong communication..., Experience creating short-form videos. We could put the main qualifications under "Qualifications" heading, and the bonus points under "Skills" heading. Or we could combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine qualifications and skills into one "Qualifications" section, but we have separate headings allowed. However we should not create empty sections. We have content for both. We could do:

We should not include Benefits section as no content. We should not include About Stepful company description? The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). The "About Stepful" description is about the company, not the role. Could we put that under "About the role"? Might be considered filler but it's substantive info about the company. However the heading "About the role" is specifically for role overview. The company description could be placed under a heading like "About the company" but not in allowed list. The instruction says use those headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections. It doesn't say we cannot add other headings, but better to stick to those. The company description could be considered part of "About the role" maybe not ideal but we could include a brief paragraph about the company under About the role before role specifics. However the instructions: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't forbid including company description. Thus we could include a paragraph under About the role that includes both company overview and role overview. That would be okay. Let's craft About the role paragraph: combine company description and role. Company description: "Stepful is a workforce platform redefining how America's largest health systems build, train, and retain their talent. Since our founding in 2021, Stepful’s trained over 32,000 practice-ready healthcare workers. Layering onto our successful direct-to-consumer training, Stepful partners with leading healthcare institutions to address the growing national shortage of healthcare workers. We’re improving access to quality healthcare for everyone, everywhere, and improving access to healthcare career ladders for those who need them most. Our students form the talent pipelines for major employers such as NY-Presbyterian, Mt. Sinai, HCA, Providence, CVS, and Walgreens. We have partnerships with half of the top 10 health systems in the US and are in process with many more. Stepful is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and AlleyCorp, with a recent $55M Series C led by Oak HC/FT. We were named the #1 EdTech company in the U.S. by TIME for 2025." Then role description as earlier. We'll put that in

maybe multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to separate into multiple

for readability but still under same heading. The instruction: Use

for prose. So we can have multiple

elements under the heading. Thus:

That seems good. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO etc. Also removed "Job Type: Contract, Part-time, Remote" maybe we could include that as metadata? It's not in headings list; we could fold into a short

under About the role or maybe drop. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Job type is minor metadata; we could include a short p under About the role or maybe drop. Since we already have Pay and Schedule sections, we could include Job type as a short p under About the role after role description. But we might drop it to keep sections thin. However it's substantive info about contract/part-time/remote. Could be relevant. The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding a separate section for Job type would be thin; better to fold into About the role as a short p. Thus after role description paragraph, add a short p: "Job type: Contract, Part-time, Remote." Now check for any other metadata: "Job Type: Contract, Part-time, Remote Salary: $25-$30 per hour Schedule: Availability to work EST hours". We already have Pay and Schedule sections. So we can drop the Salary and Schedule from the metadata and keep them in sections. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title. Good. Now ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML:
