About the role

Survey Party Chiefs are responsible for supervising the layout of residential and commercial developments and municipal projects in the Calgary area. This role is part of a growing property surveying company expanding in Calgary and Edmonton.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage survey teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
• Oversee the layout and design of residential and commercial developments and municipal projects
• Ensure compliance with local and provincial surveying regulations and standards
• Collaborate with clients and other professionals to discuss project requirements and expectations
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to survey activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property surveying
• Knowledge of local and provincial surveying regulations and standards
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficiency in surveying software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
