Curbside Clerk

Responsibilities

• Help drive customer loyalty and satisfaction by shopping their orders quickly and accurately
• Create an easy pickup experience from start to finish
• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly attitude (in person and on the phone)
• Respond to questions and needs
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store and leadership
• Resolve customer concerns quickly by partnering with leadership when needed
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift
• Select items throughout the store, scan/verify products, and bag items appropriately using bagging standards
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Minimum of 1 year of experience; prior retail experience preferred
• Past cashier experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
• Process-driven with the ability to follow procedures in an efficient, consistent way
• Past online ordering experience a plus
